We aim to respond to all e-mails within 48 hours. 

 

 

ABOUT MY ORDER

 

SHIPPING

STANDARD:

FREE.

Delivers in 3-5 business days anywhere in the U.S. after processing. Order must be placed before 3pm EST.

Processing time is 1-3 business days.

 

EXPRESS:

$11.99 flat rate.

Delivers in 2-3 business days anywhere in the U.S. after processing. Order must be placed before 3pm EST.

Processing time is 1 business day.

 

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

Contact info@karma7.co for all return inquiries. Orders can be returned up to 14 days after the date of delivery. Items must be unworn (no stains, fragrance or any sign of wear) or return will not be accepted. Swimwear must have an intact hygiene sticker or it will not be accepted. We do not cover return fees.

Shipping fees are not refunded unless:

- product arrives defective or incorrect (proof upon delivery is needed)

- order is cancelled due to an issue, prior to being processed

- other related shipping issues to do with processing, etc.

     

    KARMA7 does NOT cover any duties/taxes/customs fees that may incur with international shipments.

     

    HOLIDAY. During the holiday season, shipping delays could occur.

     

    If your package has not arrived within 5-10 days from the confirmed date of shipment, please email info@karma7.co.

     

    CAN I MAKE ADJUSTMENTS TO MY ORDER AFTER IT HAS BEEN PLACED?

    If you’ve made a mistake on your order, email us ASAP at info@karma7.co for any changes regarding size, color, style, shipping address, or order cancellation. Unfortunately, we cannot add items to your order after it’s already been placed.

      

    WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL MY ORDER?

    If you need to cancel your order please contact us at ​info@karma7.co ASAP (we can only cancel an order prior to processing).

     

    WHAT IF THERE’S AN ERROR IN THE SHIPPING INFO I PROVIDED?

    Contact info@karma7.co if you realize you have entered the wrong shipping information for your order, and we will see what can be done prior to shipment. ​Unfortunately, if a customer enters the address incorrectly and the package is returned to us, we will need to contact the customer and potentially charge the customer for re-shipping the item, otherwise the order may face cancellation.

    WHAT’S THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

    You will receive an order confirmation email. Once you’ve received your shipping confirmation email you can click on 'Track It' and see the status of your delivery. It may take 24 hours for tracking updates to appear. If you have any questions about the status of your order please reach out toat info@karma7.co

     

    I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER CONFIRMATION, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

    Order confirmations can sometimes take up to 2 hours to receive due to high demand. If you have not received your order confirmation e-mail after 24 hours, please contact us at info@karma7.co

     

    WHERE DO I ENTER MY PROMO CODE?

    After initiating checkout, you can enter your promo/discount code in the “payment” section, which comes after “shipping.” Right before you pay!

     

    WHAT PAYMENT OPTIONS DO YOU ACCEPT?

    We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards. You can also choose to pay with Apple Pay, PayPal, Shop Pay, Affirm, Afterpay or Klarna (4 interest free installments).

    I AM AN INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMER (OUTSIDE USA) - IS KARMA7 AVAILABLE TO ME?

    Yes, you may purchase outside of the USA however at this time you must cover your own shipping costs which may exceed our flat rates. Items shipped outside of the USA may also be subject to import duties, taxes and/or charges which are not included in the total cost of your order, nor will they be covered or reimbursed by Karma7. The customer is responsible for any and all customs charges due on delivery of product. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to placing your order.

     
     

    SIZE/FIT

    HOW DO I KNOW WHAT SIZE FITS ME BEST?

    We provide a size chart in the description on each product page, where applicable. We try to be as detailed with sizing as possible (XS-XL), number sizes, bra cup sizes and measurements by inches/centimeters. We also have ambassadors representing all of our sizes on our instagram page (@karma7.co) so our customers can get a better idea of what our product may look like on their own body.
