SHIPPING OPTIONS

STANDARD:

  • FREE on all orders.
  • Delivers in 3-5 business days anywhere in the U.S. after processing. Order must be placed before 3pm EST.
  • Processing time is 1-3 business days.

 

EXPRESS:

  • $11.99 flat rate. FREE for orders over $100.
  • Delivers in 2-3 business days anywhere in the U.S. after processing. Order must be placed before 3pm EST.
  • Processing time is 1 business day.

 

PREORDERS / PRODUCTS WITH "SHIP BY" ESTIMATES

Our preorder products are items that have a "ship by" estimate under "PRODUCT AVAILABILITY" which is shown when choosing your size. Different sizes may have different ship by dates. This ship by estimate includes the time needed for your item to be produced. If you are not sure when your order is estimated to ship, please check the product listed on your order invoice from the email address Info@karma7.co.

 

We develop our designs in-house and work overtime to make sure that pre-order items are produced in a timely manner. We are a very small team and do our best to get your items to you as quickly as we can. Please allow the estimated timeframe listed on your pre-order item for it to be shipped. If you didn't receive a shipping notification by your product's estimated ship by date, please email info@karma7.co.

 

**We do our best to provide accurate estimates on when pre-order items will be ready to ship to you. However, sometimes there are speed bumps in production and things take a little longer than we expect. Bear with us, as we promise to do our best to expedite the process so that you can have your items as soon as possible.**

 

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

While we provide free shipping on all USA based orders, customers must cover the return postage fees. In the case that a product has arrived damaged or that you received a different size or product from that which is stated on your order receipt, please contact us as soon as possible at info@karma7.co (we may require photo proof).

 

Contact info@karma7.co for all return inquiries. Orders can be returned up to 14 days after the date of delivery. Items must be unworn (no stains, fragrance or any sign of wear) or return will not be accepted. Swimwear must have an intact hygiene sticker or it will not be accepted. We do not cover return fees.

 

All orders (including preorders) cannot be canceled after 48 hours. Orders with products that are currently in stock and placed with the express shipping option cannot be canceled after 24 hours. 

Shipping fees are not refunded unless:

  • product arrives defective or incorrect (proof upon delivery is needed)
  • order is cancelled due to an issue, prior to being processed
  • other related shipping issues to do with processing, etc.

 

LOST PACKAGES

KARMA7 is NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages. Every order has a provided tracking number. We strongly advise purchasing Route Package Protection with your order.

     

    KARMA7 does NOT cover any duties/taxes/customs fees that may incur with international shipments.

     

    HOLIDAY

    During the holiday season, shipping delays could occur.

    If your package has not arrived within 5-10 days from the confirmed date of shipment, please email info@karma7.co. Please note that preorders do not ship until the "estimated to ship by" date under your product which is noted on your order receipt.

     

    TAXES & DUTIES

    Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once the parcel arrives at the destination country. These charges are determined by the customs office of the specific destination.

    Payment of these charges and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient and will not be covered by us here at mattebrand. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.

     

    CUSTOMS & REGULATIONS

    You are responsible for checking your local postal regulations for restricted items, as we cannot be held liable for any items that are not accepted into the specific country.

     

    FOREIGN TRANSACTION FEES

    If your credit card account is in a currency other than US Dollars, you may be charged at a different exchange rate than what is quoted on our website. You may also be subject to a foreign currency transaction fee. These fees are determined by your bank's pricing and transaction fee policies. We are not responsible for the exchange rate of any charges your bank or issuing credit card company may charge you. For further details of foreign transaction fees, please contact your bank.

    Our store prices are shown in your local currency, but in USD when you checkout. All transactions will be handled in USD at the checkout page
